TopFlex Rewards
Everything you need to know about TopFlex Points — how they are earned, what they are worth, and how to redeem them on TopFlex.
What are TopFlex Points?
TopFlex Points are reward points linked to eligible activity on your TopFlex account. When you take part in an eligible activity — such as referring someone who then buys on TopFlex — the applicable points are added to your account. Points are a thank-you for using and sharing TopFlex; they are not a currency you buy.
How TopFlex Points work
- 1You qualify for the programme by purchasing at least 7GB of data on TopFlex in total.
- 2You complete an eligible activity — for example, someone you referred completes a qualifying purchase.
- 3The applicable points are credited to your TopFlex Points balance.
- 4Your points accumulate in your account.
- 5Once you reach the redemption threshold of 10 points, the available redemption option is unlocked in your dashboard.
- 6You redeem and receive the applicable reward.
Points value
10 TopFlex Points = GH₵5
Points are counted and redeemed in blocks of 10. Partial blocks stay in your balance until you have a full block.
How to redeem
- Points become eligible for redemption once your balance reaches 10 points (one full block).
- The current redemption option converts each block of 10 points into GH₵5 of value on your TopFlex account.
- Redemption is done from the Rewards / Affiliate page in your signed-in dashboard.
- Only released (qualified) points can be redeemed — points still held because you are not yet qualified cannot be used.
Rewards rules & conditions
- Qualification: you must have purchased at least 7GB of data on TopFlex before points are released to you.
- Earning: a referral earns you 2 TopFlex Points in total — 1 point for the referred user's first qualifying purchase and 1 point for the second.
- Accumulation: points build up on your account; there is no cap on how many you can hold.
- Redemption: from 10 points, in blocks of 10.
- Eligibility: only successful orders count. Failed, cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points.
- Expiration: your points balance does not expire. Individual milestone rewards show their own expiry, if any.
- Restrictions: self-referrals, duplicate accounts and any form of abuse can lead to points and milestones being removed.
- Referral milestones: at 50, 100 and 150+ qualifying referrals you unlock the TopFlex 50, TopFlex 100 and TopFlex 150+ packages.
- TopFlex 150+ members also earn GH₵0.50 on a referred user's 3rd qualifying purchase and GH₵0.20 on each purchase after that, paid into their TopFlex wallet on the 1st of every month.
